My name is Anica, and I am a master student of Organizational Psychology and Peace & Development Work at Linnaeus University in Sweden. I am currently writing my thesis on the job demands of humanitarian aid workers and how they are correlated to burnout symptoms.
To get enough participants for my survey I am dependent on your support – I would greatly appreciate if you find the time to fill out my survey. It is designed for national and expatriate relief and development workers.
